Developed with members of the Plant Propagators Association and HDC support, Plant Trace monitors batches from planting to despatch.

Plant Trace removes the need to spend many hours walking round glasshouses checking plants. It knows what’s growing, where it is, and when it’s ready for sale.

Handheld computers in the glasshouse save time in the office. Collect your data in situ, then transfer it to the office PC:

• Register new batches

• Record spraying details

Handhelds can be batch or wireless. Both will save time and avoid errors.

Plant Trace will do it all on a PC

You can do everything with the Plant Trace program on the PC: maintain files, and produce reports for auditors and customers but you have to key all movement and spraying data.

Key features

• Each record contains batch number, plant type, number of trays, current location: greenhouse and bay.
• Select pesticide from a list, and apply to a single batch, bay or glasshouse.
• Each movement of a batch creates a history record you can view this at any time.
• Reports and queries allow you to view the batch history in different ways. 
• Email a batch report show its complete history to a customer within seconds.
