Scirocco ID Tags and Data Tags

Identify and track objects in any location tagged with unique 10 byte codes and 128 bytes of user data

Scirocco IRID tags come with unique factory-programmed ID codes. They transmit infrared signals as soon as they see infrared light. There are no substitution errors.

Watertight and robust, they work on metal, are unaffected by electromagnetic interference, withstand UV light, are proof against most chemicals, and tolerate temperature cycling, shock and vibrations well.

Rewritable tags have photo-detectors to receive signals. They send back data in user-defined blocks. A secure validation process prevents old user data to be overwritten before new data has been successfully received and checked.
