Codeway Pallet Labeller

Print and apply labels in GS1 SSCC, Odette and other label formats to one or more sides pallets

The Codeway pallet labeller has a long throw arm to allow the pallet to rotate on a shrink wrap machine or turntable. This allows labelling on several sides.

Codeway pallet labellers are available in protective housings for demanding environments.

Controller

The control system allows for standalone operation and integration with the company network. In online use the controller can access details from databases on the server and record label data after labelling.

Positive identification

A barcode scanner connected to the controller can provide postive confirmation that the pallet is correctly labelled.By reading the barcode after the label is applied

Automatic scanning at despatch

For automatic scanning of pallets at loading and unloading bays, Codeway pallet labellers can print a postage stamp size Datamatrix code on the pallet label. Camera based scanners will read one or more of these codes within their field of view from a distance.
