Codeway mailing labeller - book packages

Prints and applies labels from below after scanning the barcode on the book from above

This video shows a Codeway mailing machine labelling book packages. The operator places a book on the flat pack with the barcode facing upwards. It moves forward under a barcode scanner on the right of the machine. The scanner send the book number to the printer controlloer which looks up the label details and prints the label, under the roller conveyor on the left. The apply arm then comes up and under the package to apply the label.
