Codeway Outer Pack heads for Avery labellers

Print and apply labels to outer packs with a rugged head originally developed for bottling lines

Codeway CWPA-160-S heads apply GS1 (EAN) and other outer pack labels on high volume lines - year-in, year-out.

The CWPA-160-S has a 160 mm stroke. Touch sensors detect the pack and withdraw the head as the label adheres. Longer stroke cylinders are available.

The CWPA-160-S allows you to print labels wide edge leading, for optimum barcode quality and speed, and then apply them narrow edge leading.

By applying the last label printed, you can mark each pack with a serial number for shipment verification, tracking and traceability, and routing codes to speed up progress along the supply chain.
