Tags give your textile products brand identity as well as providing information on size, materials and care instructions - on fabric, card and self-adhesive material.

Fabric sew-in labels present a particular challenge, since they must withstand washing and dry cleaning, and they often demand extremely small fonts. TEXTILE label printers from Avery Dennison are made for the job.

Industry standard
With the TTK, you can print clothing tags suitable for thermal and thermal transfer printing to a maximum 240 g/m² with a maximum material width of 53 mm (fabric) or 104 mm (card and self-adhesive material). We would be pleased to discuss the ideal combination for you.

The TTK not only prints at impressive speeds up to 200 mm/s (8 dots/mm), but also gives razor sharp results that will withstand washing and dry cleaning even on the smallest of sew-in labels. Give your fashions the edge.

The generous foil feed capacity of 540 m and material rolls with a circumference up to 210 mm significantly reduce expensive set-up times and downtime. The Avery Dennison EASY PLUG emulation makes online control of the TTK easy.

Precision stacker
Convenience is the key: Set the material width, and the TTK automatically stacks your tags, cut to the perfect size. Flag labels separate different print jobs.
 
Cutter
The TTK achieves optimum use of space - high-performance and with the double-cut function, your tags are cut to perfection.
 
Rewinder
Your tags can be wound around a 1.5", 3" or 4" core. You can set the direction of rotation quickly and easily on the display.
 
Fonts and more
Two of the 19 standard fonts are scalable; logos and additional fonts can be stored on plug-in cards – for distinguished label design.
 
Fabric care symbols
The TTK comes equipped with all the inter-national fabric care symbols. Its high resolution guarantees a flawless and washproof finish - even on the smallest of sew-in labels.
 
Network and local operation
The TTK can be reliably controlled with the Avery Dennison EASY PLUG emulation (online) or with Windows software (standalone) - according to your IT structure.
