With the development of the label dispensers ALS 321 and ALS 330, Avery Dennison has produced high-tech machines, which meet these requirements and even go one better.

Design / versions
The ALS 321 and the ALS 330 are built in a compact design made from stainless materials. Each of these products is easy to integrate into existing production lines - both are available in right and left side versions.

Special features

• Reliability, dispensing speed and high accuracy in dispensing are the main advantages of the dispensers of the Avery Dennison ALS series. The precision of the stepper motors and the control of the micro processors guarantee a diversity of possible applications.
• User-friendliness. The ALS 321 is compact and  easy to operate.
• Simple installation: three adjustments are sufficient for installation: product speed, position of the light barrier, and the position of the label.

ALS 330 - further options
Configuration  is user-friendly and easy to adjust via parameters. The ALS 330 stores up to 8 different settings. Any one can be recalled at any time. As an option, it is available with 32 storage settings.

Additional functions:

• Automatic compensation of missing labels on the backing paper
• Recognition of the material end
• RS 232 interface
• Automatic speed synchronisation
