For correct results you need to use a mouse or wand scanner with an aperture related to the narrow bar resolution of your code:

• 0.25 mm (0.010 in): medium-low resolution, EAN 128
• 0.16 mm (0.006 in): medium resolution, 100% EAN
• 0.13 mm (0.005 in): medium-high resolution, 80% EAN
