Codeway Green Machines enable nurseries to keep up with demand for plants even at peak season.

While the total volume is high the number of trays per order line is often small. The Green Machine solves this problem.

Loading

Operators can load trays in any order as fast as they can, as long as they ensure all the barcodes on the care tags face in the same direction.

Scan and Print

The Green Machine scans each tag as it comes down the conveyor, looks up the label data, and prints the next label. It applies the next label in sequence as the tray passes the label application point.

Green Machine Software

Running behind the scenes, Green Machines have some sophisticated software that integrates with the order processing system and controls labelling.
