At the office, supervisors can create, manage and coordinate jobs by logging in to the Web Portal from any Internet-connected computer. They optimise dispatch by creating jobs and assigning them to the closest or best-suited workers

Timecards

imageTimesheet entries are automated.

They capture when a worker began a shift, ended a break, or finished for the day.

When workers receives job information, they also receive turn-by-turn directions to the job location, saving time and fuel.

The phone can send a timesheet entry back to the office when a worker enters or leaves a worksite, or when a worker manually clocks in or out from his phone.

Integration

Vodafone Field Management puts you in control of the activity of your team.

Time and job data arrive automatically, and the data can then be sent into your existing payroll or CRM system for further processing.
